At Clawsome Corner, your satisfaction and peace of mind are extremely important to us. We want every family to feel confident and delighted with their new puppy. If you need to return a puppy or believe there is a health concern or defect, please review the policy below and follow all required steps.

Return Policy

If for any reason you feel your puppy is not what you expected—or if a licensed veterinarian determines the puppy is not in good health—you may request a cancellation within 30 days of purchase. In such cases, we will refund the full cost of the puppy, including transportation fees.
Returns or cancellations requested after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Only the original purchaser may return a puppy, and the following conditions must be met:

1. The puppy must be returned in the same general health condition as when delivered.

2. The wrong puppy was delivered, or the puppy does not match the description provided by Clawsome Corner.

3. A Return Puppy Authorization (RPA) must be obtained before sending the puppy back.
   To receive an RPA, the buyer must provide:

   • The reason for requesting the return

   • Any supporting documentation (such as veterinary findings, if applicable)

Return & Refund Process

Once eligibility is confirmed and all necessary information has been provided, we will issue an RPA number and give you detailed return instructions. After the puppy arrives and is inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 2–5 business days.

Buyers are responsible for:

• All return shipping costs

• Any risk of loss, injury, or damage to the puppy while in transit

• Ensuring all shipment regulations and requirements are followed

Refunding Online Payments

The refund amount may vary depending on currency exchange rates. Refunds are issued in U.S. dollars, and your bank will convert the refunded amount into your local currency using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed.

Please note:

• Exchange rates change daily

• The refunded amount may not match the original amount paid if your local currency has fluctuated

• Clawsome Corner has no control over bank conversion fees or rate differences

Inspection Upon Arrival

Please inspect your puppy immediately upon receiving them. If there are any concerns—wrong puppy, visible issues, or potential health problems—contact us right away so we can address the situation promptly and fairly.
