As professional dog trainers and pet-handling specialists, our goal is to make the entire travel process safe, smooth, and completely stress-free for both you and your new companion.

We work with major and regional airlines worldwide to ensure your puppy is transported with care. While loading animals onto aircraft is handled directly by the airlines, we regularly collaborate with partners such as IPATA to review best practices and confirm travel standards. Your puppy may travel via trusted carriers such as American Airlines, Pet Airways Logistics, United, or Continental Airlines, depending on your location and flight availability.

Each puppy travels in an airline-approved carrier in a climate-controlled, pressurized compartment specifically designed for live animals. Before departure, you will receive your puppy’s flight number, arrival time, and reference ID, allowing you to track and prepare for pickup. Upon landing, puppies may be picked up at the designated airport cargo area—similar to picking up a passenger—or delivered directly to your home if arranged. Most flights take 5–6 hours, and arrival typically occurs the same day or the next morning.

How We Prepare Your Puppy for Travel

Air transport remains the fastest and safest option for long-distance puppy transfers. We customize every airline-approved crate based on your puppy’s weight, size, and travel duration. The compartment where they travel is never the same as passenger luggage and is fully temperature-controlled.

To ensure comfort:

• Crates are labeled clearly with LIVE ANIMALS, orientation stickers, and your destination details.

• Puppies are allowed to play inside the crate beforehand to familiarize them and reduce anxiety.

• We pack ample food and water to sustain your puppy throughout the journey, including any unexpected delays.

• We always choose the shortest, safest travel route and avoid unnecessary layovers.

We closely monitor weather conditions at both departure and arrival points. If conditions are unsafe or temperatures are extreme, we will postpone the flight. Your puppy’s well-being always comes first.

We ship Monday through Saturday and guarantee that your puppy will arrive safely and in good health. Most puppies settle into their new homes within a day or two, though many adapt immediately and behave as if they’ve always been part of the family.

For the safest and least stressful delivery method, we offer a Puppy Nanny Service. A trained airline nanny accompanies your puppy in the cabin and delivers your new companion directly into your arms. This method provides constant attention, supervision, and comfort throughout the entire journey.

Health Certificate Requirements

A valid Health Certificate from a licensed veterinarian is mandatory for any puppy traveling by air. This ensures your puppy is fit to travel and not carrying communicable illnesses. All airlines require this documentation without exception.

Pickup Instructions

Please be ready at home or at the airport at the designated time. Puppies are usually available for pickup one hour after the flight lands. A valid ID (driver’s license or similar) is required. We appreciate confirmation once your puppy arrives safely—please call or email as soon as you can.

Schedule your puppy’s arrival health check with your veterinarian within 48 hours. We will contact you within 24 hours of arrival to ensure your puppy is settling well, answer questions, and confirm your satisfaction with the entire process.
